Terms of cooperation

1. Subject of the Agreement

These Terms govern the provision of web development, marketing, and design services (hereinafter — “Services”) by Kilox (hereinafter — “Contractor”) to clients (hereinafter — “Client”).

2. Ordering and Payment Procedure

• All work is performed based on a pre-approved Technical Specification and budget.
• Payment is usually made in stages: 30% advance, 40% after design approval, 30% upon project completion. Other terms may be agreed upon individually.
• All additional work beyond the initial agreement is evaluated and agreed upon separately.

3. Rights and Obligations of the Parties

• The Contractor undertakes to provide the Services with quality and within the agreed deadlines.
• The Client undertakes to provide the necessary information and materials on time, and to make payments promptly.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment for the provided Services, all proprietary rights to the developed website (code, design, content) transfer to the Client.
