Public contract (offer) for the provision of services

This document is an official offer (public offer) of Kilox, addressed to an unlimited number of persons, to enter into a service agreement under the terms set out below.

1. Terms and definitions

Offer — this public agreement.

Acceptance — full and unconditional acceptance of the terms of the Offer by performing actions that indicate the intention to enter into the agreement (for example, payment of an invoice).

Contractor — Kilox.

Customer — any individual or legal entity that has accepted this Offer.

Services — web development, marketing, and design services provided by the Contractor.

2. Subject of the agreement

The Contractor undertakes to provide the Customer with the Services in accordance with the agreed scope and cost, and the Customer undertakes to accept and pay for these Services.

3. Cost of services and payment procedure

The cost of the Services and the payment procedure are determined individually for each project and are specified in the invoice, which is an integral part of this agreement. Payment of the invoice by the Customer constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of this Offer.

4. Liability of the parties

For failure to perform or improper performance of their obligations under this agreement, the parties shall be liable in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.
