How we developed the “Niche”
order optimization systemServices: UX/UI design, ordering system development and integration, process automation, sales analytics, performance optimization
Before launching the project, the company used several unsynchronized tools, which made the process of processing and confirming orders slow and required manual intervention from managers.
The lack of automatic interaction between the website, kitchen, and delivery service led to confusion, errors, and delays in preparation.
The business lacked tools to track cooking times, kitchen workloads, and staff efficiency.
An automatic order processing system has been implemented: data is synchronized between all modules (website, kitchen, couriers) in real time.
Thanks to server-side rendering, pages load instantly and navigation is smooth even under high load.
We set up full integration with CRM and analytics, which allowed us to track order statuses, menu updates, and sales statistics automatically.
Thanks to the automated order processing process and convenient UX, users began to place orders more often without the involvement of a manager, which reduced waiting time and increased the efficiency of the team.
The system automatically transfers orders from the website to the kitchen and delivery service. This eliminated manual processing, reduced errors, and accelerated the fulfillment of each order.
Integration with CRM and internal services allowed us to reduce the number of routine actions of managers by automatically updating order statuses and sending messages to customers.
Management gained access to analytics on orders, execution speed, and kitchen workload, allowing them to quickly respond to demand and optimize staff schedules.
